Vexar Chat is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered chatbot solutions for websites. The Service allows users to create, configure, and embed conversational AI chatbots on their websites, manage customer conversations, and analyze engagement data.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payment processing) and OpenAI (AI language models). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content produced by the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to the Service
