Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all payments made for subscriptions to Vexar Chat ("Service"). By subscribing to the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed — whether for a monthly or annual subscription — we do not issue refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for any unused portion of a subscription period, unused features, or partial months of service.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard. Cancellation does not result in an immediate termination of service — you retain full access to all features included in your plan until the end of your current billing period.
After the billing period ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
3. EU / EEA Customers — Waiver of 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Important notice for EU/EEA residents
Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to digital services that have already begun with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is forfeited once performance has begun.
By completing your subscription purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the Service and acknowledge that, once access to the Service has begun, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer law. This waiver is confirmed at the point of purchase.
4. Exceptions at Our Discretion
While our general policy is no refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A significant service outage or technical failure on our end that substantially prevented use of the Service
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Other circumstances that we determine warrant an exception

5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. We maintain detailed records of all transactions and service delivery to respond to any payment disputes.
6. Plan Downgrades
If you switch from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until the end of the billing period. No refund or credit will be issued for the difference in price.
7. Free Plan
The Free plan is provided at no charge. No payment information is required to use the Free plan, and therefore no refund considerations apply.
