How does AI training work?

Click "Crawl" in your dashboard and AI automatically scans all pages on your website. It extracts and learns the content in minutes. You can also manually add, edit, or remove knowledge entries.

Can I use my own AI model?

We support 4 AI providers: OpenAI (GPT-4, GPT-4o), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and DeepSeek. You can choose and switch models depending on your plan.

How does the AI-to-human transfer work?

AI monitors the conversation and detects when a visitor needs human help (complex questions, complaints, purchase intent). It automatically transfers the chat to an available operator. If no operator responds within the timeout, the next one is notified.

What happens when all operators are offline?

AI continues the conversation and handles the visitor. It can collect contact information and create a ticket for follow-up when operators are back online.

Can I integrate with Telegram?

Yes! On Pro plan and above, you can connect a Telegram bot to receive notifications about new chats.

Does the chatbot support multiple languages?
